These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vectra Publishing Group website and the publishing services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Vectra Publishing Group provides book publishing services including manuscript editing, proofreading, typesetting, cover design, formatting, publishing account setup, distribution assistance, and book marketing. The exact scope of work for your project is defined in the package or written quote you accept.
You confirm that any manuscript, artwork, or material you supply is your original work, or that you hold the necessary rights to use it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
You retain 100% ownership rights to your book. We take 0% of your royalties. Upon full payment, all final deliverables produced for your project are yours to use, publish, and sell.
The number of revision rounds included is stated in your package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be quoted separately. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by the completeness of the material you provide and the speed of your feedback and approvals.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us in writing. Refunds are considered on the basis of work already completed at the point of cancellation. Work that has been delivered and approved, and third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as ISBNs, printing, or advertising spend), are non-refundable.
We treat your manuscript and project details as confidential and share them only with the team members working on your project. A formal NDA is available and is included as standard in selected packages.
By submitting a form on this website and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive business communications from Vectra Publishing Group, which may include calls, emails, and text messages about your enquiry and our services.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from contacting you about an active project.
Publishing and distribution depend on third-party platforms such as Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Kobo, and Google Books. We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee acceptance, listing timelines, ranking, availability, or sales results.
While we work to give your book the best possible chance in the market, we do not guarantee any specific level of sales, rankings, reviews, or bestseller status.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or connected to your project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage our services applies to your project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
